Before working with Beth, bedtime was a struggle. A would cry from 7-11pm every night. We were exhausted and helpless.
Working with Beth completely changed things for us. Her patient guidance and constant assurance made us feel supported every step of the way.
Now, A had a predictable sleep schedule, falls asleep easily, enjoys longer naps and wakes up well rested each time.

Before Beth, A could stay up from 8-4pm with 10-15minute naps in between at best. A was so cranky and needed to be carried to sleep all the time.

Although hesitant at first, I now do not regret as it has made a world of difference to A’s routine!

Through her science-based methods and close support, we were empowered to plan and manage J's rest, introducing structure into what was previously a tiring schedule of contact naps and constant night wakings. We are now assured that J can sleep independently and receive the rest that she needs; and we can enjoy the respite we need to be continually present for J. I would recommend her to any parent whose baby is struggling with poor sleep.
The two weeks we worked with Beth was truly an eye opener for us! As first time parents, we didn’t know much about sleep hygiene or how to go about fixing I’s schedule. Beth helped us to come up with a flexible schedule for I, and guided us in teaching him to self soothe. After the 2 weeks, our 8 month old finally slept through the night :’) We are super grateful for the tips she shared with us and for patiently guiding us through each step over WhatsApp! We’ve seen such huge improvement in I’s sleep and we have also grown much more confident in handling his wake windows now!
