Before working with Beth, bedtime was a struggle. A would cry from 7-11pm every night. We were exhausted and helpless.

Working with Beth completely changed things for us. Her patient guidance and constant assurance made us feel supported every step of the way.

Now, A had a predictable sleep schedule, falls asleep easily, enjoys longer naps and wakes up well rested each time.
More than fixing sleep, she gave our family rest and joy back. For that we are very grateful!

I genuinely felt seen and heard as a first time mum. Beth was flexible in accommodating my desire to keep cuddles while providing guidelines to help E fall asleep independently. Beth was responsive and available whenever I needed help to troubleshoot E’s schedules. Her credential as a nurse gave me a lot of comfort… it was grounded in science.

Before Beth, A could stay up from 8-4pm with 10-15minute naps in between at best. A was so cranky and needed to be carried to sleep all the time.
After Beth, A’s naps lengthened and feedings were calmer. We were taught simple routines, wake windows and the right time to feed A.

Although hesitant at first, I now do not regret as it has made a world of difference to A’s routine!

We found in Beth a sleep consultant that is not only effective, but also one whose approach and philosophy aligned with our values.


Beth was positive, confident, and encouraging. Through her science-based methods and close support, we were empowered to plan and manage J's rest, introducing structure into what was previously a tiring schedule of contact naps and constant night wakings. We are now assured that J can sleep independently and receive the rest that she needs; and we can enjoy the respite we need to be continually present for J. I would recommend her to any parent whose baby is struggling with poor sleep.

The two weeks we worked with Beth was truly an eye opener for us! As first time parents, we didn’t know much about sleep hygiene or how to go about fixing I’s schedule. Beth helped us to come up with a flexible schedule for I, and guided us in teaching him to self soothe. After the 2 weeks, our 8 month old finally slept through the night :’) We are super grateful for the tips she shared with us and for patiently guiding us through each step over WhatsApp! We’ve seen such huge improvement in I’s sleep and we have also grown much more confident in handling his wake windows now!

A big thank you to Beth! Her guidance and support throughout truly reassured us as parents.

We went from a completely haphazard routine to having a more structured day. Even feeding N has become easier. 

Previously, getting N to nap meant putting him in the carrier and walking up and down the corridor multiple times. In the middle of the night, we were constantly rocking, shaking, and carrying N back to sleep. It was exhausting.

Now, nap times are a breeze and N can fall asleep independently in the cot consistently. We also no longer need to rock constantly during night wakes.

It has truly been a lifesaver for our family.

We didn't know the importance of laying sleep foundations prior to this.


For our second child, K, we decided to get help from Beth and we learnt so much that we wished we knew earlier! Her quick responses via WhatsApp and her constant guidance on how to manage K's sleep were really helpful for us.


Now, K sleeps through the night consistently and we did not know this was possible for her age!

All thanks to Beth, we are well-rested and refreshed in the day. Highly recommend Beth to parents who are looking to get more rest!

Engaging Beth to establish a sleep foundation for my second child, M, is life changing for us. With our first child, we did not know of sleep consultants and just winged it with endless rocking and swaying which still ended up in sleepless nights. 


We never thought  it was possible that we could put down our baby and she would sleep through the night and fall asleep independently for day time naps. Beth managed to do that for us within two weeks! Thank you!
